Parent.ed in the Park.
Or should we say Party in the Park?
Wow! So many of you have opted into this Friday's park catch up.
I'm so excited to see you!
Here are the details:
When: This Friday, 6th March.
Time: 9.30am.
Where: Lipscombe Park Playground.
12 Kirtain Drive, Croydon 3136.
I'll bring some morning tea
BYO picnic blanket.

Why Lipscombe?
This park has a very special place in my heart.
Every week, I would meet here with three friends for breakfast and coffee.
Most of us were first time mums and our babies were 0-6 months of age.
We would debrief our week, normalised feeding, sleep, or lack there of and boosted each up if one of us was in the trenches.
I didn't realise at the time, that this regular catch up supported my transition to new motherhood, protected my mental wellbeing, braved me to grow confidence to feed, hold and comfort my baby whilst eating, sipping coffee and socialising with my trusted friends.
Motherhood can be the most connected we've ever left and the loneliest we've ever been.
So, if you’ve been meaning to get out of the house a bit more,
if you’re somewhere between thriving and just surviving,
if you’ve been craving adult conversation.
Parent.ed in the park is for you.
Relaxed. Connected. Lighter
(and boy do I need these things this week!)
60+ parents have opted into Friday
I'm so so excited to see you there x
With love,
Amy x
