Learn With Calmbirth®
Calmbirth is a comprehensive, evidence-informed childbirth education course designed to replace fear with knowledge, practical tools, and confidence.
In you Calmbirth course you will learn how to:
• Understand the physiology and stages of labour so you know what to expect
• Use breathing and relaxation techniques to stay calm and focused during contractions
• Reduce fear and build confidence in your body’s ability to give birth
• Help your partner become an active and supportive birth partner
• Make informed decisions about labour, pain relief, and birth options
• Prepare for early postpartum recovery and the transition to parenthood

As a privately practicing Endorsed Midwife and Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Amy offers a comprehensive, relationship-based care model of care, supporting parents from late pregnancy through the early postnatal period.
Designed for those seeking consistent, personalised care across this critical life transition, Amy's packages combine midwifery, lactation and newborn support with thoughtful attention to parental wellbeing and adjustment.
*Medicare rebates are available for both antenatal and postnatal consultations. If you have reached the Extended Medicare Safety Net threshold, significant Medicare rebates may apply.
The Continuity Package
Priority Support
A gold standard postnatal and lactation package offering weekly in-home support for 6 weeks.
Includes:
- Weekly home visits in the first six weeks after birth
- Individualised breastfeeding and postnatal care
- Medicare rebate applies for eligible families - with increased rebates for families who have reached the Extended Medicare Safety Net threshold.
- Bulk-billed telehealth support in between home visits for the first 7 weeks after birth.
This priority package supports best-practice for postnatal and lactation care and designed for those families seeking comprehensive and deeply individualised support in the early postpartum period.

The Mini Package
x3 Home Visits
A flexible and supportive package that combines continuity, individualised postnatal and lactation care with accessible follow-up.
Includes:
- Three home visits in the first six weeks after birth
- Individualised breastfeeding and postnatal care
- Medicare rebate applies for eligible families - with increased rebates for families who have reached the Extended Medicare Safety Net threshold.
- Bulk-billed telehealth support in between the home visits as needed, up until 7 weeks after birth.

A comprehensive single home visit, ideally after attending the prenatal Breastfeeding and Newborn Workshop
Includes:
- One in-home postnatal / lactation visits
- If home visit is in the first 6 weeks and 6 days after birth Medicare rebates apply, with increased benefit for families who have reached their Extended Medicare Safety Net threshold.
- Bulk-billed telehealth support in the first 6 weeks and 6 days after birth.
- Rebates only eligible for Medicare card holders
